  • Environmental protection: Biochar is made from waste materials such as bamboo, wood, rice husks, and agricultural waste, converting production waste into valuable energy resources
  • High calorific value: The fixed carbon content of biomass charcoal is approximately 80%, with a calorific value ranging from 7500 to 8000 kcal/kg. This is higher than the carbon content of regular charcoal, which has a lower fixed carbon content and a calorific value of approximately 6500 kcal/kg.
  • Cleanliness: Biomass charcoal burns without smoke or sparks, and the residual ash produced by combustion falls naturally without floating. The ash content is low, approximately 3%-6%.
  • Biomass charcoal has a uniform shape and size, and possesses a hollow structure, which facilitates combustion and utilization.
  • The moisture content of biochar is low, within 5%. The moisture content of ordinary charcoal is relatively high.
  • Biomass charcoal has the advantages of being chemical-free, non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and having a long burning time.

Commonly used carbonization materials are biomass, such as natural wood, lumber, branches, bamboo, coconut shells, rice husks, palm kernel shells, and sawdust

1.Vertical Carbonization Furnace: the preferred choice for producing high-quality lump charcoal. By utilizing multiple inner pots, this furnace enables semi-continuous production, resulting in charcoal with high density and excellent fixed carbon content.
2.Continuous carbonization furnace: specifically designed for large-scale industrial production. It can operate continuously around the clock through automatic feeding and discharging systems. It is most suitable for processing small granular materials, such as rice husk, sawdust, and crushed straw

The briquetting machine is a solid fuel forming equipment, widely used for compressing charcoal powder, coal powder, or biomass materials (such as sawdust, rice husk, etc.) into briquettes. Briquetting machines are divided into two main categories: biomass briquetting machines and charcoal briquetting machines.

The production of biomass briquettes requires that the moisture content of raw materials be below 15%. Therefore, raw materials with moisture content that does not meet the standard need to be dried using a dryer

We offer stainless steel presses, ball presses, coal rod machines, and more. The charcoal briquetting machine utilizes finely crushed coal or charcoal to produce finished charcoal in various shapes, including round slices, pillows, oblate spheroids, cubes, cuboids, and more. You can choose the appropriate machine based on your desired shape
