Working Principle of Charcoal Briquette Extruder
The charcoal briquette extruder runs stably with electric drive, realizing automatic material conveying, high-pressure compression and integral molding. The complete working process is as follows:
First, the electric motor provides the core power, which drives the reducer to operate through a V-belt. The reducer further transmits stable power to the main shaft of the machine. The built-in spiral structure on the main shaft continuously compresses and forwards the charcoal powder raw materials, and pushes the compressed materials into the die for final molding.
A detachable mandrel is installed at the discharge position of the spiral head. This component is used to form a standard through hole in the center of each charcoal briquette, making hollow briquettes for better combustion effect. Users can remove the mandrel freely if solid briquettes are needed without central holes.
The continuously molded long charcoal briquettes will be cut quantitatively by a professional CNC cutter. The standard cutting length is adjustable from 5cm to 40cm to fit different usage scenarios. For finished charcoal briquettes shorter than 5cm, an additional roller cutter needs to be equipped to complete precise cutting.
